yes, the very first off the really good cookbook that i just bought:

korova cookies.

after raiding the bake supply store of the basics, i got set to making these cookies which sounded really promising. (ahem. and also because i realised that i completely forgot to buy eggs (so much for raiding the store) and it was the only egg-less recipe)

the result, a brownie in a cookie. a really thin cookie! all the goodness of a brownie backed into a thin slice! yum.

i love my butter cubed! (cept i get lazy about 99% of the time)

nothing too extravagant, something for the family. i would suppose that this is completely dunkable, oreo style, except that i will have to work on the texture. wayyyy too crumbly.
